Crawley Aikido Club meets every Friday from 7.30pm in Hut 25 Tilgate Forest Recreation Centre. The full address is below.

Classes are mixed ability, for men and women of all ages 16+.

Typically, the class starts with an energetic warm up and basic movement exercises. We then focus on learning and practising techniques for most of the class, and finish with a couple of rounds of kakari geiko (continuous attack practice).

There is no membership fee to start training with Crawley Aikido Club. Classes are £50 a month or £15 per-class, with your first session FREE.
